1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the sona10 (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") website and mobile application. By creating an account or using our services in any way, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply in the context of Bangladesh and clearly set out the rights and responsibilities of all our members. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using sona10.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use sona10, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
  • You must register using accurate and truthful information — providing false details will result in account termination.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, but this must be disclosed to our support team in advance.
  • You are required to complete KYC verification. Large withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete.

Registration Process

During registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. sona10 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide these may result in your account being restricted or closed.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for the security of your sona10 account. Never share your password or login details with anyone.

  • If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
  • Sona10 is not responsible for any consequences arising from sharing your login credentials with a third party or allowing someone else to access your account.
  • Inactive accounts (no transactions for more than 6 months) may be restricted.
  • If an account holds a balance but remains inactive for an extended period, the funds will be returned through a defined process.

Change your account password regularly and keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled — this keeps your account significantly more secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Sona10 supports familiar payment methods used across Bangladesh, making transactions straightforward. The following rules apply to all transactions:

Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit is ৳500. The maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
  • You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may put your account at risk.
  • Deposits are usually credited to your balance instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact support.

Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Winnings will only be paid out to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

We monitor all transactions to prevent money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on sona10 and cover all betting types — Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless it was accepted in error due to a technical fault.
  • Any pre-match bet placed after an event has already started will be voided and the stake refunded.
  • If odds change, the bet will be settled at the new odds unless a specific rule states otherwise.
  • If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
  • Sona10 reserves the right to set maximum winning limits, which may vary across different markets and events.
  • In live betting, bets placed late due to network issues may be voided on technical grounds.

Sona10 reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of any bet. In the event of a dispute, our logs and records will serve as conclusive evidence.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Sona10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. By claiming any of these offers, the following terms apply automatically:

  • Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 30x.
  • The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only and can be claimed once per member.
  • Any winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
  • All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
  • Sona10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sona10. Any one of these violations will result in permanent account suspension and balance forfeiture:

  • Creating more than one account or using someone else's account.
  • Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempting to manipulate the system through arbitrage betting or any other method.
  • Using sona10 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
  • Attempting to complete KYC verification using a false identity or forged documents.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is something we take very seriously. sona10 will never sell your information to third parties.

  • Your registration details are used solely for account verification and transaction processing.
  • Information may be shared when required by law or upon request from relevant authorities.

9. Account Closure

Sona10 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
  • The member requests account closure themselves.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, provided no illegal activity is established through investigation.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve most issues within 48 hours.

  • In any betting dispute, sona10's server logs and data are the final authority.
  • If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you may escalate it to our licensing authority.
  • In the event of a legal dispute, the applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined under our licensing authority.

11. Right to Amend Terms

  • If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account at any time.
